Description
Move with a fun and invigorating workout that can be performed seated or standing. Includes moderate aerobic conditioning exercises designed to raise the heart rate, strengthen, and condition all muscle groups, using light weights, tubing with handles, and mini balls. ISSA Certified Coach and Personal Trainer Valerie Waller-Murphy will incorporate core exercises that support posture, flexibility training, and balance-conditioning movements designed to help with stability and endurance.
