The Feldenkrais Method will help improve movement and diminish pain. Lessons are gentle and done while lying on the floor. Participants must bring a mat that is at least 1 inch thick and dress warmly in loose fitting clothing. Please bring a towel for head support. These things will be necessary for you to remain on the floor for 50-60 minutes. Instructed by Marianne Kaufmann, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
Note: Program will not meet Oct. 30 or Nov. 27.
