A HIIT Circuit style workout using 6 or more stations, that engages all muscle groups. Participants will leave feeling better than when they entered the room. On average be prepared to burn approximately 300-500 calories. This class is beginner friendly but definitely for all fitness levels…modifications/regressions will be made available to those who may need adjustments. Instructed by Chanette Hawkes.
Note: Program will not meet 11/13 or 11/27
