Description
Get ready for an exciting full-body workout using minimal equipment! Start with low reps or short times, then climb "up the ladder" as they get longer. Reach the midway point, and the reps or time will start to decrease. This dynamic class keeps you moving and challenged from start to finish. Instructed by Fitness Warriors Instructor April Hicks.
