Hands-Only Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths. The American Heart Association estimates every year, 475,000 people die from cardiac arrest in the United States. Hands-Only CPR is the recommended way for people who see a teen or adult collapse in an out-of-hospital setting.

Hands-Only CPR can save lives. This class also provides a brief overview of using an Automated External Defibrillator, AED. A Fire and Life Safety Educator with Chesterfield Fire & EMS will be presenting the program.
