Follow Mill Prong trail that traverses through an old orchard, crosses mountain streams, and delivers you to Rapidan Camp, also known as Hoover Camp, the presidential retreat nestled at the headwaters of the Rapidan River. This is a four-mile roundtrip with only 880 feet of elevation gain.
