Description
Learn the basics of estate planning from an attorney presenter who explains the importance of planning. Topics include the pitfalls and benefits of each type of plan - which include no plan, will-based plans, revocable living trusts and several options in between. Revocable living trusts will be discussed in more detail and will include various ways of leaving assets in trusts for loved ones. Instructed by Lisa Allen with Carrell Blanton.
