Description

A yoga class for ages 50 and up that is tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of older adults, with modifications and adjustments available to accommodate any physical limitations.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, postures, and breathing exercises to help you feel more relaxed, centered, and empowered. All levels welcome. Offered in English and Spanish.
