Essential Somatics® Movement with Kathryn Hodgson, ESMTT Tuesday Mornings 11:30-12:30 Somatic movement helps to reduce muscular tension, ease chronic pain, and regain freedom of movement in your body. Kathryn will show you how you can restore balance and reduce tension in your own body, despite the stresses of daily life. For 1 hour, Kathryn will guide you through gentle, pain-free, and functional movements to softly hit the reset button for your body. Teacher Bio: Kathryn has instructed many different forms of movement/fitness classes for over 35 years. As a certified yoga instructor, a Registered Massage Therapist, and a passionate Essential Somatics® Movement Teacher in Training, Kathryn now combines her knowledge, skill and love of lifelong learning to support people in finding the joy and freedom of moving their own bodies as gracefully and painlessly as possible.
