About this event
Our foundation course is ideal for those who have minimal mountain biking experience. The skills learned are essential to tackling North Shore trails and are taught at a manageable pace, using beginner terrain. Riders are gradually introduced to various green/blue trails and will leave this course stoked to get out there and ride! Minimum Requirements: Adult Skill Level 2+ Adult Fitness Level 2+ Working Mountain Bike or Rental Bike Experience on North Shore Green/Blue Trails
