Our Flow course is ideal for riders who are already comfortable riding North Shore blue, and some black trails. While you may not be cleaning every line you attempt, you are not a beginner rider! This course is all about developing the skills, confidence and efficiencies to take on some of the morechallenging trails & features on the North Shore. We will help break bad habits, increase flow through technical sections & help maximise your fun on the trails! Minimum Requirements: Adult Skill Level 4+ Adult Fitness Level 4+ Working Mountain Bike or Rental Bike Experience on North Shore Blue/Black trails
