Recipes include Chilled Cucumber Soup and Dill Mousse with Lobster; Fall Greens with Roasted Beets, Caramelized Almonds and Goat Cheese with Walnut Dressing; Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Boursin Cheese Stuffing and a Rosemary Pepper Sauce; Boulangere Potatoes; and Lemon Panna Cota. Students share a family-style meal at the end of class. Please note ingredients may contain common food allergens, and food is prepared on shared equipment.
