In this intuitive cooking class, we’ll make a fully vegetarian, seasonal meal—no meat, no substitutes, just bold, satisfying flavor. Build dishes from the ground up with pantry staples, fresh produce and your instincts. Whether you’re a longtime vegetarian, new to cooking without meat, or someone wanting to create a thoughtful meal for vegetarian guests, you’ll walk away with real-time experience, flexible tools and the confidence to make a meal that feels welcoming and nourishing. Students share a family-style meal at the end of class. Please note ingredients may contain common food allergens, and food is prepared on shared equipment.
