Explore the world of sweet and savory crepes in this hands-on cooking class. Students will learn recipes for a variety of dishes and enjoy them together at the end of class. Recipes include Bacon and Egg Crepes, Roasted Chicken and Spinach Crepes, Mushroom Crepes with Poblano Chile Sauce, Italian Manicotti Crepes and Dessert Crepes with Vanilla Pastry Cream and Fruit Sauce.
