Please bring a bottle of water, sneakers, and a paddle board if you have one. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one.
Refunds or Make-Up Classes: Once the program begins, no refunds will be given. This program does not offer make-ups, pro-rated reimbursements, or similar for missed days.
