This class is an introduction into the world of Soul Line dance. Join us to learn the proper steps to the latest social and classic line dances. If you want to learn Boots on the Ground, The Wobble, Come dance with me, this class is for you! This class is a low impact cardio workout that can help improve your mobility, stamina, and overall well being. Please wear dance shoes or athletic shoes. No flip flops or sandals. Come ready to dance in comfortable clothes. Don't forget your water!
