Description

Step onto the field and play as your favorite NFL team — Chargers, Cowboys, or Rams — in Oceanside’s most thrilling adult flag football league! Designed for players ages 18 to 55, this 7-on-7 league offers fast-paced, action-packed games every Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
The league features a 7-week regular season where teams play 1 or 2 games each Saturday, followed by playoffs and a Championship Game to crown the ultimate champion. Whether you’re new or experienced, this league offers a safe, inclusive environment to compete, improve skills, and build community.
Every player receives an official NFL Air Attack jersey and flag belt, representing their chosen NFL team. Teams are capped at 12 players to keep games balanced and competitive. Players may register solo or with a full team and will be placed accordingly.
Certified referees officiate games in an energized atmosphere filled with music and community spirit, making Saturdays something to look forward to all season.
One representative will register the full team. The base fee covers up to 12 players and includes jerseys, belts, and insurance for each.
This league takes place at Jim Wood Park at Rancho del Oro, with the exception of 3 dates, which will take place at John Landes Park (September 13th, October 4th and 11th).
