Description

Once Upon a Town, by Bob Greene, tells the true story of a small Nebraska town, North Platte, during World War II. The residents provided food and comfort to soldiers passing through on trains. Through personal stories, Greene captures the sense of community and sacrifice that defined this chapter in our history. You are welcomed to bring your lunch or snacks. Guests are always welcomed.
