Using a 3-inch x 7 3/4-inch wooden slotted base this easy to weave bread basket is the perfect way to learn or develop the timeless craft of basket weaving. Skills learned: weaving with slotted bases, plain weave and rim lashing. Finished basket measures 5-inches x 9 3/4-inches x 4 1/4-inches. Required: A bucket (for wetting reeds) and a pair of sharp scissors. Kit, including all materials, is an additional $30 and payable to instructor in class.
