Birds are messengers, filling the air with song, riding the wind, and moving through the world with grace. Learning simple mindfulness practices helps us be still and attentive, being in their world. Practice deep listening, observe bird language and movement, and explore what their presence reveals about the land. Watch birds in trees, at the shoreline, or soaring above, and discover how they communicate through their calls, songs, and behaviors. Whether you're an experienced birder or just beginning, this practice deepens your awareness of the birds around you.
