Slow down and reconnect with your inner being as you experience the concept of ’tree time' while being indoors together? Discover how time with trees (even visuals of trees) and being embraced by Mother Earth is deeply beneficial to mind, body and spirit. After an introduction to secret underground language of Pacific Coast Forests, we’ll listen to recording of towering conifer trees over 1000 years old. We’ll watch short clips of movies that explore how interconnected we are with trees and all living beings. Instructor: Julie Ratner.
