Description
Immerse yourself in the healing presence of the forest through the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing.” This is not a hike, but a slow, sensory experience of deepening your relationship with trees. Breathe in the earthy air, feel the textures of bark, listen to rustling leaves, and notice the play of light through the canopy. Research shows that time among trees reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and enhances well-being. Let the forest support your mind, body, and spirit as you awaken to its presence.
