Description
This class takes the traditional notion of a vision board and applies it to Earth, our home. We will be a community of creators opening the door to be the change we wish to see. Create a collage of images, photos, and other visual objects, such as affirmations, quotes, elements of nature, etc., that help us visualize our intentions, goals, and dreams. Instructor: Nicole Martel, M.A. is a Life & Wellness Coach, Trauma Resolution Specialist, and Integrative Breathwork Facilitator committed to serving a greater harmony and health between humans and nature for over 15 years.
The instructor will provide instruction on the process, including prompts for reflection and inspiration and basic materials and supplies and cut out image of Earth for centerpiece. Please bring any personal items you may want to include such as photos, cut-outs, material, dried flowers, elements of nature. Optional to bring a collection of calendars, magazines, cards, etc.
