This class is designed for those with ballet training. Enhance your current or past ballet skills and boost your confidence. The focus of this class is to refine barre and center work; increase flexibility, strength, and balance while helping you develop your unique ballet dancing style. We are super supportive and encourage each other's progress. Prerequisite: Approval from instructor Melissa Johnson, four or more years of ballet experience recommended. Instructor Melissa Johnson.
