Description

Experience a full month introduction to the Japanese martial art of Peace. The practice of Aikido is to harmonize with your partner’s attack, blending with and redirecting the energy. Aikido develops coordination of mind and body. Through its philosophy and techniques, Aikido brings us into harmony with our environment, other people, and ourselves. After the first month, registration is through Aikido Olympia. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.
