Description
Learn to play ukulele renditions of some of Elton John’s greatest hits, including “Daniel,” “Rocket Man,” “Crocodile Rock,” “I Guess That’s Why They Call It The Blues,” “Levon,” and more. Prerequisite: Completion of Yes, You Can Play The Ukulele or equivalent experience with at least 7 basic chords. Bring your soprano, concert, or tenor ukulele, a pick, a capo, and optionally a portable music stand or book holder. Class coverage will range from 7 to 12 songs, depending on your skill level and class pacing. No loaner instruments available. Instructor: Jeff Saxon
Pre-requisite: Yes, You Can Play The Ukulele class or taken an intro level uke class or self taught and know at least 7 basic chords and be able to transition between them. Please bring your soprano, concert or tenor ukulele (no baritone ukes, please), a pick, and a capo to each class meeting. And if you have a portable music stand or book holder, bring that, too.the number of songs covered will range from 7 to 12, depending on the median skill level and pacing/comfort level of the class.
