Description

This “mini-camp” for grades 6-8 (or with at least 2 years of playing experience or by permission) is perfect for musicians wanting to explore the world of jazz. You’ll gain a basic understanding of various jazz styles, learn the fundamentals of improvisation, and participate in a culminating concert. Open to all band and orchestra instruments, as well as piano, bass, guitar, and drums. Materials: Student provides instrument. Music provided.
