Step into the world of engineering and experience innovation firsthand! This immersive camp gives students an inside look at real engineering companies, where they’ll explore cutting-edge technology, creative problem-solving, and the diverse fields within engineering. Day 1 & 2 students will: Tour engineering facilities to see how products are designed and built Meet professional engineers and learn about career paths in the field Tackle real-world design challenges inspired by the companies they visit Work hands-on with materials and tools to develop solutions to engineering problems Day 3 will culminate with students creating a display to showcase what they experienced during the morning and presenting it to business and community partners in the afternoon. From mechanical and civil engineering to manufacturing and design, this camp is ideal for future problem solvers and innovators eager to explore the exciting world of engineering! Clothing for Safety: Students must wear appropriate clothing for company visits, including closed-toe shoes and pants.
