Description
Showcase your business, craft, or organization to the thousands in attendance during PrairieFest, Oswego's annual hometown celebration! Held Thursday through Sunday over Father's Day Weekend in 2025. PrairieFest offers free parking, free admission, and great food attractions! Registration closes May 31, 2025.

Booth Space:Each booth space is a 12'x12'. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own covered tables, chairs and weather protection. Since this is a rain or shine event, we recommend a tightly secured canopy. Roving solicitation is only allowed by special application. Selling products and passing out literature can only be done from the confines of each vendor's booth space.
Power/Generators:Electricity is not available on the festival grounds. Select Booths are available to accommodate generators. Only those exhibitors at those booths may bring their own power.
Additional Information:*Sales of tobacco, cannabis, cannabis paraphernalia, or toys that resemble a firearm are not allowed.*To be included in the PrairieFest Festival Brochure, you must be registered by April 15*The week of June 1st, you will receive an email from the PrairieFest Expo Village Team with further details on check-in, check out, and parking.*Additional questions can be directed to: expovillage@oswegolandpd.org**Please review Expo Village Contract and Waiver carefully**
