Yoga Y Baile en Espanol es una clase de movimiento alegre con fundamentos de Yoga, conectado mente y cuerpo. Empezamaos la clase con musica cultural y baile para calentar el cuerpo y procedemos a terminar la ultima mitad de clase con Yoga. Esta clase utliza el Yoga como una guia de movimiento y respiracion mientras al baile nos conecta con nuestra alegria. Vengan con una mente y corazon abierto, y despertemos juntos en comunidad.
Yoga y Baile en Espanol is a joyful movement class with yogic foundations, connecting mind and body. We begin the class with cultural music and dance to warm up the body and then conclude the last half of the class with Yoga. This class uses Yoga as a guide for movement and breath, while dance connects us with our joy. Come with an open mind and heart, and let's awaken together in community.
