Get more familiar with gym equipment, learn more about how each muscle group interacts with each other. Learn how to set up a proper work out regiment and how to properly lift weights to minimize injuries.

Adaptive/Therapeutic programs are designed for individuals with special needs and disabilities. Participant's family members are encouraged to attend programs to provide positive reinforcement and support when needed.
An additional information form must be completed, in addition to the standard waiver, prior to the class start date. The paperwork is located below this section and can be downloaded and completed.
