The AXLE strength Foundations-Movement for Life & Performance class is where every participant, whether you’re a growing athlete, a motivated teen, or an adult looking to move better will learn how to build a stronger, more capable body from the ground up. The class is centered around the big Six Human Movements-Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Lunge, Carry. These are essential movement patterns that not only power athletic performance but also support everyday function and long-term health. By training these patterns, we build real-world strength, improve movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of injury, on the field, at work, or in daily life.
