Ideal for adults new to swimming, this level focuses on water safety, basic strokes and overcoming water anxiety. You'll learn essential skills like floating, rhythmic breathing and the front crawl and backstroke. By the end, you'll feel comfortable swimming short distances and enjoy being in the water.

Aquatic program withdrawals must be made prior to the second class of the session. Late requests will be processed as an account credit for 50% of the fee. Refunds are not available once the program begins. Credits or refunds will not be offered for class sessions cancelled or shortened due to inclement weather.
