Description
Parkside Fitness is a small-group, total-body training class held outdoors year-round at varying parks in the Parker area and designed to challenge and support all fitness levels—from beginners to seasoned athletes. Each session focuses on building strength, improving cardio endurance, enhancing core stability, and increasing balance and flexibility. With expert coaching and personalized intensity options, participants can push their limits, maintain peak wellness, or build a strong foundation for lifelong fitness. Classes combine progressive resistance training (using weights and bodyweight), adaptable cardio intervals, and mobility work, all tailored to your current fitness level and physical needs while soaking up the Colorado sun!Level of Instruction: All Fitness Levels

In case of inclement weather, classes move indoors to the Parker Fieldhouse. Weekly Park locations are shared by the instructor via text or email.
Recommended Equipment: Light to heavy dumbbells, glute loop band, and a resistance tube with handles. Optional gear may be incorporated; some instructor and shared equipment is available.
