Description
Wondering how to help your aging parents, spouse, or yourself? Want to discover resources available for older adults? During monthly education sessions, an expert will discuss a different topic with the intent to arm you with knowledge, support and tools to face the years ahead and instill confidence in navigating the aging process.
Level of Instruction: All levels welcome.
