Capturing Your Legacy is a guided writing journey for adults who want to preserve their personal stories, memories and experiences in a meaningful and impactful way. This program provides a supportive environment where participants can explore life milestones, reflect on their values and create a legacy for future generations.

• Weekly writing assignments tailored to inspire and guide participants.
• Supportive and engaging group setting for sharing stories and insights.
• Learning tools and techniques will be provided to help participants organize and write their personal narrative.
• A focus on self-expression, reflection and creativity.

• Learn new skills or improve upon existing skills
• Improve emotional and mental wellbeing
• Create fun, valuable experience for participants
• Create and/or improve social connections to and within the community

• Equipment Needed: Please bring your notebook, pencil, water bottle and snack to class.
