About this event

Description

This class uses music and movement to support individuals diagnosed with Dementia, Parkinson's, or other neurological disorders. Together we will stretch, breathe, sing, dance, play instruments, and reminisce to improve communication and motor skills, as well as inspire emotional health and stimulate memory!
Level of Instruction: Any Level

Instructor Biography: Lilly Thomas is a music therapist with a passion for helping the underserved and experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and children in the foster care system. Lilly has a talent for making everyone feel seen and important, and using music to help achieve positive outcomes.
Class Requirements: Please let staff know of any medical/behavioral concerns before day of program.
Equipment: All equipment will be supplied.
