About this event

Description

Aqua Arthritis Program is a water exercise program created for people with arthritis and related conditions. The classes are conducted by a trained instructor and includes joint range of motion, stretching, breathing and light aerobic activities.

Level of Instruction: All levels welcome

Program Benefits:

Class Requirements: Please wear an appropriate swimsuit in the pool, bring with you a towel and your own full water bottle. Let staff know of any medical concerns before and during the program. Lockers and showers are available.

Equipment: All aqua equipment will be supplied.
