Description

The first half of Restorative Yoga class mindfully stretches the connective tissues of the body by holding poses for three-plus minutes. It is beneficial for myofascial release, lengthening the lower body and increasing range of motion. The second half of the class will be focused on soothing the nervous system to deeply relax and rest the body. Join us for an amazing experience!
