Description
Tired of tossing and turning at night? You're not alone. As the holidays approach and life grows more demanding, sleep often becomes harder to find. It could be stress, racing thoughts, midlife changes or the pressure of doing it all.
This class is open to anyone who is ready to break the cycle of restless nights and groggy mornings. You'll learn how to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and teach your body how to sleep naturally and deeply again using the gentle, effective tools of mindfulness.
You'll discover how sleep issues often stem from more than just bedtime habits and how mindfulness can help you: Fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer & wake up feeling refreshed, centered, and in control.
You'll leave with practical techniques you can use again and again to enter the holiday season feeling well rested and at ease.
$5 discount for military, veterans, and additional family members (must register at same time if registering online).
