For a complete and total body workout, come try this class. Total Body Workout is great for those who are getting back into shape and/or those who want to compliment their regular workout routine. Utilizing a variety of equipment, you will strengthen, tone, stretch, balance, and get your cardio in. Abdominal training and stretching complete each class. Please bring water and your exercise mat.
