Description
Challenge your lifeguard skills and adapt to an open water environment. Participants will learn how to perform aquatic rescues, injury management and site supervision for lifeguarding beaches and waterfront. Successful completion of NL Waterfront is required for employment opportunities here at Swim Bay. Current National Lifeguard Pool and CPR-C certificates are required.Be prepared to be in the water for extended periods of time (wetsuit and water shoes recommended). Bring swim clothes, goggles, whistle, fanny pack with pocket mask, lunch, snacks, water bottle, towel, a warm change of clothes and sunscreen.
