Description

Through games and other fun activities, swimmers learn to swim 5-10 metres on their front and back, develop their dolphin and flutter kicks and begin using rhythmic breathing They also progress with kicking drills and increase their swimming distance up to 15 metres.

Meet at the lifeguard chair. In case of inclement weather (cold, rain, or electrical storm) the program may be postponed. Call the recreation department at 250-767-2133 for updates.
