Description

Your child will be introduced to diving and will learn how to make wise choices about where and when to swim. Endurance is achieved by building strength in the flutter kick and a 15-metre swim.

Meet at the Lifeguard Chair. Bring towel, warm up clothes to class. Swim goggles are permitted.

In case of inclement weather, such as cold, rain or electrical storm, the class may be postponed. Call the recreation department at 250-767-2133 for updates.
