Description
This level builds skills and endurance for the front crawl, back stroke, and introduces whip kick on the front. Rescue of others and rescue breathing will be introduced. While stroke technique are enhanced, endurance is built up to 150 metres.
Meet at the lifeguard chair at Swim Bay. Swim goggles permitted. Bring towel and warm up clothes.
In case of inclement weather, such as cold, rain or electrical storm, the class may be postponed. Call the recreation department at 250-767-2133 for updates.
