Description
Go beyond learn-to-swim to prepare for success in the Bronze medal lifesaving training. Your child will develop their swim strokes and complete timed and distance workouts. They will improve swimming strength and efficiency with emphasis on personal responsibility for Water Smart® behaviour.Meet at Swim Bay at the lifeguard chair.
Please bring towel and warm up clothing. Swim goggles are optional. In case of inclement weather, such as cold, rain or electrical storm, the class may be postponed. Call the recreation department at 250-767-2133 for updates.
