Description

Discover the power of myofascial release through yoga-informed techniques. Using a variety of props, Dawn will guide participants in self-massage methods aligned with yoga postures and tailored to individual needs. Each participant will receive a set of massage balls and a take-home program for continued practice.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.
