Relax, restore, and reset in this candlelit session designed to regulate the nervous system and awaken the body’s natural healing response. With soothing music, Dawn will guide you through a candle flame meditation, the Vayus (five movements of prana), mantra (chanting), somatic practices, and restorative yoga.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.
