Description
Your underwater adventure begins! Imagine watching the water level move up your mask as you slowly go below the surface-and continue to breathe! It's the most exciting feeling imaginable and yours when you become an Open Water Scuba Diver! Open Water Diver is the entry level scuba certification course during which you will learn the fundamental knowledge and skills to safely scuba dive in open water. When you complete your class you and your buddy will be free to learn, explore and discover the many wonders of the underwater world....and, you will have earned an Open Water Scuba Diver certification card! Come on and dive in...a lifetime of fun, adventure, memories, experiences, and new friends awaits you!
Course includes:-2 Classroom sessions-4 Pool sessions-Digital Training System-Scuba Equipment (for class)-4 Open Water Dives (usually held a full week after the last pool session on a Saturday & Sunday at Lake Chelan or the Puget Sound.
Dates and times:
Classroom Sessions: Thursdays July 10th and 17th, 6:30pm at the Pendleton Recreation Center 510 SW Dorion, Pendleton Oregon.
Pool Sessions: Thursday July 24th and 31st, August 7th and 14th at the Pendleton Aquatic Center 1901 NW Carden Ave. Pendleton OR
Open water check-out dives: Saturday and Sunday August 16-16. (Students must make own travel and lodging arrangements).
Open to: Adults 16+ (for options for younger students please contact us)
