Belly Dance (18+)Elevate your dance practice with this six-week belly dance class designed to build stamina, enhance muscle memory, and refine technique. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, you'll enjoy learning the art of belly dance in a fun and supportive environment. Strengthen core muscles, improve coordination, and embrace the beauty of this expressive dance form.
